Onward Living has this month released over 30 new homes for sale across three developments in the North West.
The Elizabethan Terrace development in Whitefield, Greater Manchester, will offer 15 two and three-bedroom homes for Shared Ownership – all of which are now available to reserve off-plan.
The terraced and semi-detached homes are being built on the site of the former Elizabethan pub on Ribble Drive and are due for completion in May 2020, with a show home set to launch at the end of March.

Situated on Southport Road, the exclusive development of just four semi-detached three-bedroom homes are priced at £68,250 for a 35% share. Due for completion this spring, they are available to reserve right now.

All the homes are available for Shared Ownership, which allows you to buy a percentage (between 25% and 75%) of your new home, and pay rent on the rest. Onward Living owns part of it — but you’re living there, you decorate it, and you decide when to sell.
Buying a percentage means a smaller deposit and smaller mortgage. It’s a sooner first step on the ladder for lots of people. Usually, you can also carry on buying shares, to own it 100%.
These latest developments come as part of Onward’s ambitious plans to step up its output across the region, with more homes currently being built in Wirral, Runcorn and Cheshire, including a landmark 447-home site in Crewe.
